Ultimate Deployment Appliance (UDA 1.4) and ESX 3.5 [updated]

Updated the 'Ultimate Deployment Appliance (UDA 1.4) and ESX 3.5' article in the 'Tech Tips' section to include the vSwitch config and the unsupported vmotion configuration during a scripted install. How VMware would know the config was done during a scripted install, who knows! Just don't tell them!! I think the reason Vmotion configuration is not supported during a scripted installation is because the command to enable it 'esxcfg-advcfg --set 1 /Migrate/Enabled ' which updates the file /etc/vmware/esx.conf and set /adv/Migrate/Enabled = "1" does not actually work - it updates the file, but the change is not persistent, so when you open the vSwitch config in the GUI, the change is not read and is removed when the config is closed. The unsupported way of getting it to work is using the following command assuming the vmk0 is correct for your configuration #vimsh -n -e "/hostsvc/vmotion/vnic_set vmk0" Whilst I am on the subject of the updated script, please note I have had to remove the << symbols in two places as the website kept hiding soem of the script, thinking it was code. Read the comments in the script for detail.
